CCR RESET Control Panel
Overview
The CCR RESET Control Panel allows ground maintenance personnel to manually reset the left and right Central Control Rack (CCR) cabinets. It also provides control for probe heating to ensure proper function of air data sensors. These operations must not be conducted in flight.
Panel Components
L CCR RESET Switch
- This is a momentary switch with a black guard.
- Push to reset the left CCR cabinet.
- Use only during ground maintenance.
Danger
Operation of the CCR RESET Switches in flight is strictly forbidden.
R CCR RESET Switch
- This is a momentary switch with a black guard.
- Push to reset the right CCR cabinet.
- Use only during ground maintenance.
Danger
Operation of the CCR RESET Switches in flight is strictly forbidden.
PROBE HEAT Switch
- When pushed, all air data probes are heated at full power.
-
When released, the system switches to automatic control mode based on aircraft status.
-
In automatic control mode:
- Pitot and pitot-static probes heat at half power
-
Static ports and AOA sensors heat at full power
-
These conditions must be met:
- Aircraft is on the ground with at least one engine running
- Airspeed ≤ 50 kt
- Ground speed ≤ 30 kt
-
In full power mode, all probes and sensors are heated if:
- The aircraft is in flight
- Airspeed > 50 kt
- Ground speed > 30 kt
-
Note
After power-up, if the LGCUs detect "weight off wheels" during start, probes are temporarily heated at full power even before flight begins.
