PARK BRAKE Panel

Overview

The Park Brake switch is used to hold the aircraft stationary while on the ground, especially when parked at a stand or waiting during taxi. The switch has a simple and intuitive operation with two positions: “ON” and “OFF.”

Park Brake Switch

  • ON: Engage the parking brake

    • Set the switch to the ON position to keep the aircraft stationary.

  • OFF: Release the parking brake

    • Set the switch to the OFF position to release the brakes.
