General Questions
What aircraft do you offer?
Currently, we offer the FYCYC-C919X, a detailed simulation of the COMAC C919 commercial aircraft.
Do I need any special software besides Microsoft Flight Simulator?
No additional software is required (other than our FYCYC-Installer). Our aircraft add-ons are designed to work directly with the standard Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 installation.
Account and Registration
Do I need an account to purchase aircraft?
You do not need to have a FYCYC account when purchasing the aircraft on Taobao or other platforms. However, you will need an account to redeem your card key and access support.
I didn't receive my account verification email. What should I do?
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Ensure you entered the correct email address
- Try registering with the same email again to resend the verification email
Can I change my account email address?
Currently we do not support changing the email address associated with your account. If you need to update your email, please contact support for assistance.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
- Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your registered email address
- Check your email for reset instructions
- Follow the link to create a new password
Purchase and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we only have Taobao portal for purchasing our aircraft. We are working on adding more payment options in the future, including credit card support.
Are there any recurring charges or subscriptions?
No, all our aircraft are one-time purchases. There are no subscription fees or recurring charges.
Will the price change in the future?
Yes, as we continue to develop and improve our aircraft, prices may change. However, once you purchase an aircraft, you will receive all future updates for free.
Can I purchase as a gift for someone else?
Yes, you can purchase an aircraft as a gift, and share the card key with the recipient. They will need to create their own FYCYC account to redeem it.

Installation & Troubleshooting
What are the minimum and recommended system requirements?
- Minimum: Windows 10 (64-bit), latest Microsoft Flight Simulator, 16GB RAM (32GB recommended), 5-10GB free space per aircraft, stable internet.
- Recommended: Intel i7-9700K/AMD Ryzen 7 3700X or better, NVIDIA RTX 3070/AMD RX 6700 XT or better, SSD, broadband internet.
I am in China and cannot download the installer. What should I do?
- Use the "Alternative Download" (Baidu Cloud) link on the FYCYC website.
- Using a VPN or proxy is highly recommended to avoid download issues.
The installer or aircraft is not working. What should I check?
- Make sure you have the latest version of Microsoft Flight Simulator.
- Temporarily disable antivirus software during installation.
- Ensure your installation path does not contain special characters (use only English letters, numbers, spaces, and underscores).
- Run the installer as administrator, especially on Windows 11.
Where should I install the FYCYC-C919X aircraft?
- Always install to the official MSFS Community folder.
- Do not use paths with special or non-English characters.
The installer says "No Access" for my product. Why?
- You need to purchase the product and redeem your card key in your FYCYC account.
- If you have already purchased, make sure you are logged in with the correct account.
What do the different install options mean in the installer?
- Install: Automatic download and install.
- Manual Download: Download from Baidu Cloud and install manually.
- Manual Install: Select a previously downloaded zip file to install.
- Cancel: Cancel the process.
My aircraft shows "Not Registered" in the cockpit iPad. What should I do?
- Make sure the FYCYC-Installer is running while MSFS is open.
- If the problem persists, restart both MSFS and the installer, or reboot your computer.
How do I update or uninstall the aircraft?
- Use the FYCYC-Installer. Click "Update" or "Uninstall" next to the product.
- Follow the prompts for automatic or manual update/uninstall.
The installer or MSFS is not detecting my aircraft after install. What should I do?
- Double-check the Community folder path.
- Restart MSFS and the installer.
- Make sure all files are extracted and not blocked by Windows security.
Do I need to keep the installer running while flying?
- Yes, the FYCYC-Installer must be running for the aircraft to remain authorized and fully functional in MSFS.
